These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Zahra Azeez Jewellery website and the purchase of any products from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

Our products
Each piece is handcrafted using natural stones, pearls and gemstones. Because our materials are natural and our pieces are made by hand, slight variations in colour, pattern, shape and size are normal and are part of the character of each piece. Product images are as accurate as possible but colours may appear differently on different screens.
Orders
When you place an order you will receive an email confirming we have received it. This confirmation is an acknowledgement, not acceptance of your order. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the products to you. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order.
Prices and payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). We are not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged on your order. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted. Payment must be received in full before dispatch.
Shipping and delivery
We offer free standard shipping within Australia. We aim to dispatch orders promptly. As pieces are handmade, some items may require additional time, which we will communicate where relevant. Delivery times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.
Returns and refunds
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If a product is faulty or not as described, please contact us at hello@zahraazeez.com.au and we will make it right. For change of mind, please contact us within 14 days of delivery; items must be returned unworn and in their original condition. Custom and made-to-order pieces may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Caring for your jewellery
Handmade jewellery and natural stones require gentle care. Avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions and harsh chemicals, and store each piece in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including images, designs, text and the Zahra Azeez Jewellery name and logo, is owned by us and may not be used without our written permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the products you purchased.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state or territory in which our business operates, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
